"Everyone is special at the Strand. Staff takes pride in their work! Although the rooms are small, it is still good value for the area. It’s in a fantastic area to walk the themes and visit Big Ben along with shopping on Oxford! "

"First time in London and we will be back! The Park Plaza was exceptional. A few minutes walk to the metro, the hop on bus stop steps away and easy pick up spot for ride share made it the perfect location. We stayed in a Big Ben studio room and the view was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked beautiful. Having a café, bar and resturants right downstairs was an added bonus. We can't wait to stay again!"

"Stayed here for 1 night from May 5-6. Honestly the view from the room and the location were the redeeming qualitie of this hotel. The rooms are EXTREMELY dated. While the room was clean, because of wear n tear it made the room look uncleaned. From stains in the carpets, chips on the dated furniture and the bath tub that is waay to high and overused. The staff were friendly and helpful, we accidently locked ourself out of our safe and they immediately sent someone up to fix.

"Stunning Lobby and bar.
Check in experience was satisfactory.
Room was small with small double bed.
Cocktails at the bar were great however the bar experience was disappointing. Along with other residents we had to wait at least 45 minutes in between drinks to be served again at one point having asked for more drinks the server disappeared and forgot us…. we were still expected to pay13.5% service charge.
Frustration was clear amongst the people around us. The bar was understaffed and the...

"Great hotel location, close to shops, restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment.
The rooms were were very comfortable and spacious, the bed and pillows were perfect, we had a long travel day prior to arriving at the hotel, and arrived earlier than the checkin time but the staff were so accomodating and gave us a room upon arrival.
The hotel restaurant was lively we had the buffet breakfast which had a large variety of foods to choose from, including hot breakfast, cereals, pastries, fruit...

"Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig. Man kommt sehr gut zu Fuß oder mit den Öffentlichen zu allen sehenswerten Orten. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder."
