"My wife and I stayed for five nights from 14-19 November. Everything about our stay was brilliant, from the initial welcome by the concierge Anthony, the wonderful check-in staff and the housekeeping team, we could not fault it. I am a wheelchair user and the hotel exceeded my expectations considerably. Our room (169) was huge, appropriately adapted and clean. The quality of the breakfast and dinner was very high with service to match. Staff seemed to go to any length to ensure our experience...

"Room wasn't the best but it was a good size and functional. Floors need to be redone. Air conditioning was leaking. Water drops hit me in the head every time I came in. Soaps and such arent great definitely bring your own. Staff was friendly, helpful and very professional 10/10. Location is super convenient 10/10. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great room and very friendly staff. Perfect location. We appreciated that we could leave our bags for a few hours both before check-in and after check-out at no extra cost. The only downside was that the door was very thin, and we were woken up by housekeeping knocking on other rooms at 08:50. Regardless, we would happily stay here again."
