Trés bon emplacement non loin de tous les attraits. On voit l’hôtel à notre sortie de la bouche de métro. Toutefois le personnel parle uniquement japonais ce qui nous empêche de demander des informations importantes. Il n’y a pas de service de concierge qui peut vous aider à prendre des réservations dans des restaurants oú on parle uniquement japonais ou encore nous informer sur les principaux attraits de la ville. La chambre est propre, la salle de bain est bien équipée et le fauteuil masseur est très apprécié après une longue journée de marche. Toutefois les dimensions de la chambre sont minuscules. Si vous avez de grosses valises considérer réserver une chambre plus grande.

The Remm Roppongi was a perfect place to stay. The staff were friendly, the check-in was easy, and the room was super comfortable. We had a scenic view of the city and the massage chair and pyjama sets were nice touches. The subway is a quick walk down the street making for easy trips around town. Lots to eat in the neighbourhood.

Hotel is in a great area, we took the metro from the airport and as soon as we got outside roppongi station we could see the hotel over the road. Lots of shops and places to eat nearby, and if you don’t want to take the metro Shibuya is only a 40 minute walk which we did one day and it was nice. Can’t remember if there was a difference in rooms but we picked a basic one as it was a bit last minute and it’s all that was left, a bit on the smaller side but was still fine for two people and shower/bathroom is spacious. Staff speak English and check in/out is easy as it’s all on a screen. Wifi was good when we was in the room and there’s a hdmi port next to the TV’s if you wanna bring your own stuff to watch. Overall great stay and location is perfect, would stay again.

Great Hotel close to lots of amenities and tourist spots. Good spot to be close to City center and also not too far from Haneda Airport. Staff were good. Restaurants within hotel were good and the room had all the business amenities i required.

Location is great. Many options for shopping, dining and transit. No parking attached or waiting area for car, so picking up rental car could be a little challenging. Need to use the paid parking lot across the hotel and load/unload your luggage there. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is very well layout and spacious enough for 2 large luggages and 2 standard carry-ons plus backpacks. In-room massage chair is definitely a great feature for all ReMM hotels. It’s small but functional. I’ll want to come back again.
