"Hotel 101 Pasay was crowded when I check in. Have security check before driver turning into lobby for safety check. Bell boy was very friendly and quick in response, and offered to help deliver my luggage to the room even though it is just a small cabin baggage and there’s still many guest around. "Towels were changed out but not the bath mats. One big spider web in the bathroom right in line with the light. A light should be out above the mirror, super hard to shave otherwise the stay was pleasant"

"I enjoyed my room overall. I would’ve liked my room serviced a bit more though. I had to consistently ask for toilet paper, coffee and tea, and fresh towels. I also had to specifically request (in addition to the make up room sign) for housekeeping to come in. The housekeeper was very nice though. Breakfast was good but I didn’t expect that I’d be limited to one drink and one plate of food off the menu each day. Although the food was good, I was often still hungry after I finished eating....
