"Very nice place in the middle of Venice. Be aware that it's kind of a maze to get there from the port. There's no taxis or car on the streets of Venice which means that you have to walk all the time anyway. Restaurants are by the dozens, shopping is everywhere. Have fun because this hotel is in the middle of everything."

"I had room 402. Room was quaint but had everything I needed. There was a cute little balcony overlooking a courtyard in the back. The shower made everything wet and leaked into the room, but maybe I didn’t shut the door tightly. Make sure you stash everything you don’t want wet-including the toilet paper! The only “complaint” I have is I couldn’t figure out the heat/thermostat. Maybe it’s just me and my American ways. I could hear the family next door through my walls, but maybe it was just...

"I love the location. It’s located in the main though fare but EXTREMEL, EXTREMELY QUIET. With all the tourists and dining going on outside you heard absolutely no noise. The room was immaculate and the staff very helpful and friendly. My only concern was that my room was on the very top level 5th floor and the stairs became a bit much for a man my age ( 72) I had to rest at landings. "

"This hotel is in a convenient location. It’s within a short walking distance to Piazza San Marco and the #7 ferry station to Murano. There are many restaurant options nearby. Our room was clean and quiet and l was comfortable enough for four adults in a one bedroom with one large sofa bed for two. The hotel provided welcome gifts in our room that were very nice and a plus."

The hotel was very clean, the bartender exceptionally friendly and the breakfasts alway hot and fresh.
