"Excellent serucity staffs and terrible owner. due to iwner did not give info, I was stuck at entrance for 1.5hrs in 35 degrees environment. no respond with chatting, phone calling. Hotels.com neither help anything. The secirity staff tried hard to contact the owner. In the end I could enter.. Otherwise I could not. in the end, the owner gave message made by AI."

"チェックイン、チェックアウト共にスタッフと会って確認できてよかった。JHバスターミナルからバスで移動できるので便利。食事も隣のKSLショッピングモールでできる。テイクアウトして持ち帰って食べることもできる。Wi-Fi良好。シャワーの水圧は今ひとつだったが、お湯はちゃんと出た。排水も良い。洗濯ができ、洗濯物干し台もあってよかった(洗濯機があっても洗濯物干し台がない施設もあるので事前確認しておくと安心)"

"Expedia response is not accurate. When message property they do not response. No proactive action of them informing on the check in procedure. Only when I whatapps using the contact number stated in Expedia, that number is for Penang. Only then they direct me to their Johor number. The unit I stayed in, toilet stinks, probably due to drainage issues."
