Overall it is a converted apartment to Hotel. The room is spacious for the basement unit but the sound proofing is a little poor and you can hear loud noises from the other rooms. With the space in my room, would be nice to have a small sofas on the empty space. Looks much better then. Overall it is clean and the location is great.

Stayed 4 nights. First of all I booked this hotel for it's proximity to many food options and good location. However, there are a few defects in the room which I like to highlight here. Firstly, the safe is not working on once I checked in, secondly the dressing table chair is dislodged and it is a safety hazard. Lastly the water basin is leaking but still manageable. Not being picky for the price paide but might be a major issue to picky travellers.

No doubt, the staff were really warm and friendly. Check-in was easy and a breeze with collection of security deposit. However, I was truly shocked when the room type booked is what seemed to be a sub basement unit of the hotel. Superior room, a first time for me to walk out of the lobby down to a lower level. Sewage smell at the corridor, in the toilet was inevitable. Price wasn’t the lowest of Johor Bahru but I didn’t expect it. Air conditioning worked but because of the odd room layout, you barely feel the cold air from the bed. No windows, no clock, just a TV. Definitely first and the last for me.

We stayed there for one night and the stay there was good. Room was clean and the recep allows us to check out latest at 12:30pm Many eateries and pubs nearby. Tried the lok lok stall beside the hotel and it was good. I feel safe when returning to hotel late at night as the nearby stalls do open till late night.

Overall a good stay

been couple of times staying at this place, very near to Sg. easy to find & space for parking. staff is friendly & can speak proper English, quick check in. Room is quite spacious, air-con working well with hot shower. Bed is comfy and there are a handful of wall plugs for 3-pin adaptors. Place is consider quiet & good for a short stay. There are eatery, food courts & Lok Lok trunks just outside the hotel. Overall a good stay

Great stay kinda far walking distant to KSL about 30 min by grab is $5.There is food around door step.Nice place spacious and clean except tv by signal nothing to complain will recommend.

We were given a room on the ground level near the car park, and it looked nothing like the photos online. The room had a very noticeable musty smell, likely because there were no windows. Soundproofing was poor — we could hear doors opening and closing, as well as people talking early in the morning. The water faucet was dirty and rusty, and the shower head was broken, causing water to spray in all directions. I even spotted a small roach in the toilet, though it ran off before I could take a photo. The floor felt oily and unclean, which made the room rather uncomfortable overall. Although the location was convenient, I definitely wouldn’t book this hotel again.

The stay was fine, but the hotel internet is not too reliable. I have 3 devices and only 1 device was able to log in after many failed attempts, and when it did log in the signal strength is 2 bar maximum.

I recently stayed at your hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. However, I noticed a couple of issues that could use improvement. There was an unpleasant smell that occurred intermittently, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the coffee creamer provided was unusually hard and not usable. Hotel doesn't accept credit card as deposit. Quite a turn off for this. Luckily they are willing to accept $100RM instead of $200RM for deposit. It gets a bit noisy in the middle of the night as the area is known for its nightlife.

Bedsheet and blanket are with stain. Carpet got a red big patches. Stay just right behind receptionist which is leavel 2 and level 1 is carpark. Disappointed with overall stay.
