"Holiday with small family 2 adult 2 kids, worst part during check in time.. Almost 2hours to get in room. Q for check in 6pm..turn at counter 632pm.,but room not ready. We went out for dinner and a got a call from hotel at 830pm room ready to check in. Requested for extra bed and 1.5hrs after we got it. I call for it to remind them. Room is huge and well prepared and my kids really like the pool. Need improvement on check in and registration process. Staff is very2 nice especially name Amirul...
