"Room as per described in web. No breakfast though payment made was for room & breakfast. The reason we chose this hotel as they provide breakfast & that time was festive sesaon. No restaurant open that time. Not even a single bread from 7-Eleven given as a replacement. Have to walk thru smoking-floor to get to the non-smoking floor. We had bad cough as a result of it as me & my son are asthmatic. Parking less security"

"Entire unit was very spacious. 3 rooms all clean and beautifully done. Amazing view from out balcony into tambun retreat. Complete kitchen stuffs provided. Android TV was a A plus addition. Entire unit was clean and nice. We had 3 amazing days. 4 mins walk into tambun retreat. Hope you can add mirrors inside the rooms and the door lock quite dangerous for kids. My 3 year old niece locked herself inside. Thank god she was smart enough to listen us how to unlock it. Other then that amazijg place...

"Room is generally OK, with bright windows. Would have been a great stay if not for the extremely poor Wi-fi. Most of the time there is no signal, resulting in dropped connections. In fact one of the guests in another room had to check out and move to another hotel in order to get a proper wifi for his work. That is a shame."

"THEY PUT ME IN ROOM 102, WHICH HAS UNLOCKED WINDOWS AND IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE OUTSIDE. I COULDNT SLEEP BECAUSE I WAS SCARED OF BEING MUGGED! THE TOILET IS FILTHY WITH MOSS AND WHATNOT AND THE TV DOESNT WORK. I WILL NEVER RETURN ANS I HOPE THE HOTEL BURNED DOWN BECAUSE OF STUPID MANAGEMENT. "I had a fine stay for one night, just to catch a morning train (It's conveniently located near railway and bus terminals). So I wasn't expecting much, and the hostel largely delivered.The beds, plumbing and Internet were all reliable. But what the photos don't show you is that the "rooms" are in fact cubicles - the thin walls fall short of the ceiling. This allows the units to be cooled by central airconditioning units, which is eco friendly - but lets in lots of noise from neighboring rooms....

"Hotel not very clean especially the toilet , cockroach can be seen around the floor , air conditioning are not adjustable , the only good things the staff willing to cooperate and the hot water working very well. And also Oyo and Expedia are giving the worst service especially about system management , a lot of problem happened during my check in because of system the problem especially about the price. If you looking for hotel to stay for a few days or holiday , i wouldn't not recommend it ."
