"Request for iron but they didn't fulfil it until i have to request it again. The cleanliness of the bedsheet are not satisfying. Can't cange the temperature of the aircond. The staff did nothing on that. Freezing cold at night since the aircond cannot change the temp. Toilet's tile are soapy when we arrived. The shower hos are broken and always unattached from the sprinkler. Bad service, bad facilities."

"Change your bed to a more comfortable one. I literally can feel the bed springs and they hurts my back. Do a maintenance to your room. Out of 3 plugs, I can only use 1. Im dissatisfied and disappointed for my stay here."
