Alhamdulillah, I booked 5 rooms for my family. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is nice, the pool is fine. I bring my elderly parents and my special needs little brother thanks to the staff on duty (regret didn't remember his name) we got to change to ground floor room since they are unable to climb the stairs.

Bathroom very dirty. Ants all over on the sink and floor. Shower curtain is very dirty. Unacceptable. I would not recommend anyone to choose this hotel

First room we were given the beds were unmade and there was still trash in the garbage bin. The bathroom had cockroaches in it and it wasn't given a clean vibe at all. We were then given a different room. However this room was having mold on the walls, as well as a smell of mold. We then left the hotel cancelling our stay, and the manager said if wishing for a refund go through Expedia through which I did, however management decided not to refund the situation and time we had wasted, and instead offered us a complimentary room, which we did not take.

The room 103 is very dark and the hot water not hot at all. Due to the iron table infront of 103, early morning is too noisy since others guests chating . The roomtoiletneed repair and upkeep. The toilet when flash water are leaking out water.

Budget place at the city centre

Average hotel but clean and quiet place. Good for family with kids. If u are dosabled, eequest for G floor room as they dont have elevatoes.

Overall I give 7.5/10 for this over night trip to Ipoh with my family. - Lift service will help a lot if it's available. - Selection of foods for breakfast need improvement, in short time you may put simply add to next new menu like cereals or omelette.

Horrible and dirty looking property

It was very dirty and dusty. Aircon was not in good service condition. Not worth the price paid i.e. Rm150. Bathroom is also dirty. Even hair dryer is shared among with other guest at the hotel. Completely unacceptable.
