"The property is undergoing some renovations but you can’t really hear any of the noise and the renovations that are being done to the rooms are extremely nice, especially the big walk in shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my 2nd time staying at this property and I would definitely stay here again on any future trips to London."

"Excellent location. Generally helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent ; plentiful with a good variety of nutritious food. The staff in the e breakfast room were especially attentive. Everything was very clean. Our room was on the 4 th floor with no lift and narrow stairs. We are both in our 70’s and no help was offered for our luggage. Because the water in the room was labeled “ non-potable”, it would have been nice to have a bottle of drinking water provided. "

"The rooms are amazing, very modern and stylish. The beds are very comfortable. The noise level is pretty quiet however you can still hear sirens if theyre passing. The blackout feature is very good also, not much light creeps through. Only let down was that i needed to get staff to change pad charger as it was faulty which meant i had no access to any room features, but they did so quickly once i reported. "Very close to Kings Cross/St Pancras train and underground stations, easy to just cross Euston Rd and walk up Argyle St. Clean room, plenty of hot water, bed only a double but comfortable. Given key for room 30, extremely small room below street level which smelled strongly of mould. Asked for another room, given key for room 33, also below street level, slightly bigger size, only slight smell of mould. Very narrow stairs to access rooms. Disturbed throughout night by sounds of people somewhere...

"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"Overall very happy with our stay, one issue, we were there for four nights, room was only cleaned once, hotel was a bit dated, but I think it added to its charm, the room was specious, but the TV didn’t work, kept turning off, told the front desk, never got fixed. The location is great, the breakfast buffet, while a little pricey, was very good!!! Would definitely stay again! "
