Central, handy for sights, shows e.t.c. Staff very obliging and helpful, liked it so much we have booked again in August.

We had a brilliant time at the Park Plaza County Hall. The hotel was modern and clean. The check-in staff were very friendly and included the kids in the conversation. The kids were given a bag of goodies which included 'money' to be spent on ice cream and soft drink at the bar. There was also a pizza making session with the chef on the weekend. The room was very comfortable and modern with separate areas for the kids and parents. The location was great - super close to the London Eye, Westminster and Waterloo train station. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed with our two kids (5 and 8) over four nights and it was excellent. The service was first rate and the kids really enjoyed the views. The location was brilliant as it is only a five minute walk to the London Eye or across Westminster bridge to Big Ben.

took my american girlfriend to belfast, she loved the city and the are in where the hotel is located. minutes away from everything (titanic, shopping, food and drink)

Hotel was in a very good location, only 5 minutes walk from City Centre and on a side road so no overnight noise. Restaurants and cinema only 5 minutes away as well as the bus station for connection to Belfast International Airport. Only thing I would say though, is not to buy your city sightseeing bus ticket from reception as they won't tell you its £2 more expensive than getting it at the bus stop! Overall, a great hotel for short stays in Belfast.

I was staying in Belfast for a meeting and not for sightseeing and it was super convenient for getting to my meeting place in town, the airport, and for the bus tour we scheduled. The room was very spacious and comfortable, my only concern is that there were many hall doors between my room and the elevator and it made it very difficult for me to get to my room. If you have trouble with doors ask for a room near the elevator - the hotel is quiet anyway.

Fabulous room with a view on the 12th floor. Very helpful staff if and when needed, great facilities in the spa, lovely bar and restaurant. Bit pricey, but my visit was for a special treat so it was worth it!

Have never had reason to complain about Hilton hotels. Very nice ,modern hotel ideally locate d for our night out in Manchester just off Deansgate. Check in was rapid and friendly. Room was very good on 14th floor with stunning view over the manchester skyline. Nicely decorated bathroom. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Would happily stay again
