Hotel berdekatan Xoximilco

"Will definitely be back"

"Airport transportation was great - we did have to call when we got there but after the initial call only waited about ten min! Right across from the mall where we got drinks/pizza for the night, which is why we chose this hotel (we had more time than just sleeping for the night - so appreciated so many options within walking distance!) Didn’t love the food from the hotel bar - but they were quick with drinks at the pool and were reasonably priced. Would stay again - amazing option for airport...

Completely disgusting to look at and to smell. Not the hotel’s fault, but if you are going for a beach holiday- this is not...

"Quality was consistent with the Hyatt brand. Room smallish butvery functional and comfortable. Didn't use the gym or pool as we were only there one night. Restaurant and bar wete good. Staff were very good. Will definitely consider staying there again."

"Breakfast was excellent!"

"The Cuisine was excellent, the staff was amazing & always friendly, the rooms were fantastic with marble bathrooms & marble showers, the maid staff was totally top shelf professionals, and for the Ferrara Family, there is no better resort in Mexico. Kempinski is the clear winner as best Cancun resort. Joel, Ronald, Javier, Reynoldo, at the poolside service & Cassitta Restaurant were terrific, these guys are just hell bent on making you wanna keep coming back to Kempinski, the young man & young...
