"It was a very good resort, the only thing I didn't like is they didn't help at all to change my return transport time from resort to airport. They said they don't have availability, however at the time of transfer I noticed they had multiple options. They could hav helped, because we had to miss an appointment and take the transfer which they provided."

"We booked a room last minute with this hotel after our flight was cancelled at Cancun airport. The hotel staff graciously accepted and hosted over 50 people that had nowhere to go. We were thoroughly impressed and grateful for this hotel and the staff that remained helpful and positive despite the chaos. Our room was clean and the grounds were well-kept. Shuttles were on time and punctual for the amount of people that needed rushed to the airport next day. Wish we could have stayed longer! "

"Great place, everything was amazing — clean, cozy, and with a pleasant atmosphere. I especially liked the privacy and comfort of the rooms. The only downside is that to leave, you have to call a local number or send a WhatsApp message to open the garage. If your phone is dead or you don’t have service (for example, on a short one-day trip), this could be a real inconvenience. It would be great if they offered an alternative way to exit."
