"Winter stay in the room facing the canal. The Junior suite selection with breakfast Pros: classic venetian feel, great vibe. Large room, Super clean & comfy Our view was awesome; sunset, canal, tiny church. It’s near 2 vaporetto stations (accademia & zattere) Breakfast was filling Staffs were helpful Elevator availble Heater functional Relatively safe !!!complimentary drinks included!!! (Fizzy drinks, beers, juices, nespresso, mineral water). Cons Tiny bit difficult to find Breakfast menu...

"Omg this place was amazing. We did a 3 week Europe trip and stayed at more expensive places than this and this was hands down the best. The design was so good and intentional and the bed was actually comfortable. Front desk staff was on point and had perfect suggestions every time."

"Good luck getting any sleep here. The hotel is SO CLOSE to a bell tower that rings at least every hour up until 12am and rings first thing in the morning at 8am. It’s also located in a weird alley where people from the back of a business stare at you and make you feel uncomfortable and unsafe. They also PENNY PINCH TO THE MAX. If you want another clean towel it’s 2 euro each towel… and when we asked for water from staff they didn’t tell it wasn’t free so they ended up charging us at the end....
