"The staff was so courteous and helpful. They stored luggage before check in and after check out with smiles on their faces. Really nice people. And the breakfast was amazing. "We booked the apartment on the third floor with balconies and view to the little square below. Location is great, just a few minutes walk from Rialto bridge and San marco square. Spacious, charming with an old Venice vibe, clean and warm during cold winter days. Checking in was great and the staff at hotel was kind and attentive. We tried the breakfast too and it was delicious and well put together. Recommended! "
