"We arrived, but had to wait beyond check-in time for room to be ready. This was not a big deal, but we did have a tour scheduled after check-in so this added to some pressure. Access to the property was fairly easy and it was no problem to leave out bags after check-out and pick them up later. My daughter has a dairy allergy so we ended up getting a vegan (yes, vegan cheese!) pizza at Pizzeria L'Angelo, which is literally around the corner - this was surprisingly the best pizza we had in Italy....
