The accommodations were not what I thought I booked but close to the pictures (a little misleading as I thought I was on a second floor) bed was saggy but the worst was the smell. It just smelt. I bought some scented candles and that helped. Maybe some glade plug-ins would help. I do realize we were at ocean level and it’s damp. "

GPS came in handy finding the spot because it is t out in the open, couple twist and turn to get there however after a few repetition's you’ll get the hang of the location. "Excellent communication and very helpful hotel staff. Accommodation is in a great location for exploring Venice, close to the Grand Canal. Everything was clean and as expected, bed was comfortable and shower was good. Suggest to add a chopping board to the accommodation "

"Very difficult to check in. Once in, the room was very cold and there was no way to increase heat. We emailed the office 4 times and did not get a response until the following day. There were no blankets in the room and only a sheet on the bed. We froze all night."

L'appartement était propre et confortable, nous y avons tous les 4 super bien dormi. La vue est incroyable, l'appartement est très bien équipé.
