" I was in a Diamond Club swim out room. I must say Wil our butler was GREAT! In my ratings I put staff at good but I didn't mean Wil. I was here 2 yrs ago and I must say the quality of food has gone down except for the sushi
restaurant. bacon and burgers undercooked, steaks chewy, scramble eggs looking like rice, I wasn't a fan. I did LOVE the massage, kudos to Sam"

"Our stay was wonderful. We had wonderful help from Héctor who was our butler. He helped us with everyday questions to restaurant reservations. He was so helpful. Our rooms were clean and staff very prompt on cleaning the rooms. The beach here was ok but just off site to the west (directly off site. 2 min walk) was a great lagoon to swim in. The pools here are big and very fun for all the family. I found the food at the buffet ok but the restaurants were very good. "

"Due to a flight cancellation, we had to find another hotel. Three couples, they arranged us to have a three bedroom suite with common area and to give us meals. It was only one day, but it absolutely serviced our needs.
Walk to the beach, kite surfers were entertaining. Dolphin Explorer is next door.
Food was buffet, but fairly fresh and hot. Bar drinks were excellent
