"The staff was very accomodating. When I checked in I didn't realize I was to use the kiosk. The clerk checked me in anyway & I didn't have to return to the kiosk area. The room was nice & clean & updated. The parking garage was too far away frm the building & would not want to walk alone back & forth at night or early morning. And it was hard getting around the building. Confusing. "

"Paris is a great location & overall a great hotel to stay at, but...... We had 2 rooms. The bathroom in Room 1 had wallpaper falling off & not so clean in the shower. Room 2 did not have any cold water, only hot..... Hopefully when I return the bathrooms will be fixed & in better repair. Otherwise a very nice hotel with excellent restaurants."

"Chose to stay at PH for a change of scenery. I was surprised it was rated slightly higher than Paris, which I've stayed at before and enjoyed. Room prices were great for a Monday - Thursday stay but the hotel left a lot to be desired. Lots of visible wear and tear. Stained carpets and the room had broken drawers were a struggle to open and close. Both pools were crowded with no chairs available other than cabanas. There is also an off-putting sewer smell detectable when coming into the casino from the mall."

"The room was nice but a few things need to be addressed. I had a hard time checking in because the booking had Bob on it and my license says Robert. Why, What is the difference when I had my booking paper? Also, the bed is almost impossible to get into it because it is so HIGH. It needs a small set of stairs. If you have a bad back, good luck getting in it. I mentioned it at the front desk but they cared less. Also, the TV wasn't working in the bedroom. Did you call us? No, I was in bed at 11 and didn't want to get dressed to get it worked on. It seems a lot of hotels do not want to take the blame and say we are sorry. It's always the customers that are at fault. Sleep was fine but I felt the front desk was really rude and condescending. "
