"Property is abit rundown. But the water park is the best ever for my kids. So many slides. I got one free ticket for the water park, courtesy of the hotel staff. Location wise, the hotel is very near to the highway exit but abit far from Melaka town. Will definitely visit again."

"The hotel location is a bit isolated especially without a car. The staff is very friendly . The rooms designed and built with wood cinder blocks are original yet poorly isolated . Next door their was a family with 2 small children and despite the obvious crying you could also clearly hear all that was going on , all sounds come through the ceiling rafters"

"Very dirty, feel sandy on the floor. Worse still, there are dust or small black pieces on the beds everywhere. There are dust on bedframe too... The cleanliness quality has dropped significantly..."

"The location of this hotel is convenient access to banks like bank rakyat and hlb, walking distance but difficult to give directions. I used Bunga Raya from the Shore Mall then reached shops like selling plus sized t shirts, shop like Mustaffa .jst walk straight.. Jonker st also got public bank. Eateries like mamak stalls, chinese food, bbq,hotpot , thai nearby /at Shore Jonker etc cendol,, nyonya, simple mee goteng or fried noodles etc l and chicken rice but i dont remember seeing jpnese food...

"The room had a musty, old, and dusty odor, as if it had been left unattended for a long time created an unpleasant smell, making it hard to breathe. The Wi-Fi was technically connected but had no internet access, and despite contacting customer service, the issue remained unresolved throughout the two-day stay. There was no bottled water provided in the room, and the swimming and play areas were overcrowded and poorly maintained, with detached tiles and many of the water play features not...

"Front desk receptionist who attended to me at check-in was helpful and professional. Was given a room that has a nasty odour; like wet blankets left in a room. Room was changed to my request. Next room was ok, but air-conditioning was noisy. In the evening I asked another person at front desk if they could send someone to have a look at the aircon; nobody came. Gave up. I guess for the price I paid, couldn't expect much. Lucky it was only a night stay. Staff there is friendly. "
