"Clean room with spectacular view. Shower reeked of BO when we arrived, staff quickly cleaned it but it lingered the whole week. Great location as far views go, but not much in the area for food. The hotel breakfast was adequate and expensive (on par for London). Lack of pool was disappointing but that's my fault for assuming a hotel of this caliber would have one."

"The hotel is beautiful and an amazing location. The breakfast was incredible! We had a really quiet room. The only issue is that our room was supposed to be with two beds. We arrived and there was a playpen in our room (weird) and it was a queen. We asked for two beds but they said they upgraded us to a room with a window so it was just one bed. "Another lovely stay at the AR. Bed linens were lovely. Bramley bath products are always a welcome addition to the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and my room, right at the top of the house (room 9) was quiet. Great additions in the room too like a multi-charger in case you don’t have one. I loved coming into my room with the radio on with jazz quietly playing, felt very welcoming. And, I very much enjoyed the little chocolate bar gift too, thank you."
