"Place was nice in a quiet, safe, clean neighborhood only minutes from Big Ben. A few broken things but very minor (step on trash bin, pulley for blinds/shades). Email is the best way to communicate, don’t bother using WhatsApp or any other form of communication. Would definitely stay again otherwise "

"Very happy with the check in as friendly staff in the pub showed us to our room. Great room amenities with telly, fridge, tea tray, filtered water and coffee machine. Bed was very comfortable, lovely decor and very spacious room. Not too noisy even though we were on the main road as had secondary double glazing. Fantastic location as it took 30 mins to walk to Brixton Academy, 20 min walk to the Thames and Westminster, 20 min bus to London Bridge or Victoria. Only constructive criticism would...
