"The Taj Hotel and the staff made a huge difference to our trip to London — Justin, Ifeanyi, Faraz, and Diego were all extremely helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very well looked after. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Any request we made was handled quickly and professionally. We also visited the spa, which was a really nice addition and made the stay feel even more relaxing. Overall, a great experience and one I’d happily recommend. We’ll definitely consider staying again in the future."

"Property is excellent with a 10 min walk to Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Station. In London without the massive crowds surrounding the hotel. Breakfast is in their huge restaurant across the street only for hotel guests. The breakfast buffet has virtually anything one person could want to eat.I definitely will stay here again when in London. I"

"It is attached right to a big station whether you need trains, busses, or underground. Very beautiful inside and the attached restaurant has good fish and chips! Overall definitely a 4 star hotel. "

"The staff at reception were very warm, as were the concierge team. The twin room (two twins) was not too small, maybe 12 x 12 ft. The bathroom was modern but the shower did leak onto the floor. There was also an accent light over the coffee maker that we could never figure out how to turn off. The location was great for access across to Westminster and key attractions, and of course Waterloo station itself is well connected to tube and national rail. We would stay again for sure and it represented a great value in London."
