"Nice place. The two bedroom suite had two bathrooms, three tvs, and four beds. This place had plenty of room! The in suite washer dryer combo (with included detergent) was extremely handy. Staff was nice and couldn’t have had a roomier stay."

"Hotel was beautiful in a great neighborhood. The onsen was really well maintained and relaxing. All the staff were friendly and polite and accommodating. We arrived in the rain and were soaked and they took great care of us and offered towels to dry off while check in was in progress. My only negative about this hotel was the breakfast. Very uninspiring and lacked some basic options. Random salad items, hash browns, cheeses - just an uncohesive mix. It’s also quite expensive so I was hoping...

"I will rate this hotel as 4.5 stars rather than perfect 5 stars. The minor complaints are the breakfast and the location. The Japanese breakfast here is not as flavorful as the one I have in Tokyo (another 5 stars hotel). The location is far away from high end shopping malls and the surrounding area looks like a very average neighborhood."

"The Screen is an amazing hotel! Our room was very beautiful and well-designed. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and the staff thoughtfully accommodated all of our dietary restrictions. Everyone we interacted with was very kind and attentive. The desk staff even gave us dry umbrellas when we came in with wet ones. Fantastic service!! It is very well-located as well. We will stay here again for sure!"
