"This simple hotel was very clean with a nice comfortable bed. There was a mini fridge, coffee maker and burner. There was good water pressure and lots of hot water in the shower. For the price this was a very comfortable stay in a quiet residential area of Playa del Carmen."

"Perfect location and service, but rooms need an update. I had a mixed experience during my recent stay. On the positive side, the location is unbeatable, the staff were wonderful, and the breakfast was truly fantastic. However, while the hotel is marketed as 'vintage,' the room furnishings felt more outdated and musty than charming. Practical issues, like drawers that didn't work, made the stay less comfortable.
