Excellent location, EASY walk to "all the things" including 5th Avenue. All the rooms are great but I love falling asleep to the waves when staying in an ocean front room. Breakfast is always delivered on time and always delicious. My go-to spot for a relaxing stay-cation or romantic get-away."
