Great stay with an unbeatable location This hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk to Quinta Avenida, making it easy to explore restaurants, shops, and the beach. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, and the fully equipped kitchen is a big plus for longer stays. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the grab-and-go breakfast is convenient and practical. One thing future guests should be aware of is that there is loud music nearby, especially at night. If you’re a light sleeper, bringing earplugs might help. Overall, a great option for comfort and location in Playa del Carmen.

The hotel staff were very accommodating. Helping pay for our car parking, offering very good restaurants to eat at and keeping the place clean. We had a bottle of wine in our room upon arrival and daily cleaning service. Yes, there is a bar off La Quinta Avenida that plays loud music in the evening, but this is part of staying in the area. We didn't find it bothersome at all. Great location. Highly recommend!

For the price it great, staff is super nice and helpful, close to everything in downtown and the beach Had the room with the jacuzzi. More like a tub with jets but still cool The rooms look bigger in the pictures and pool as well but it’s still great Stayed for the weekend and it was perfect

Everything was great with the hotel staff / cleanliness / walkable to restaurants-shops. Only downside is that noise level from a club across the street is very loud and they closed at 3:00 am everyday /unable to get quality rest /sleep!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and in a really convenient area. Breakfast is very light and simple, more like quick toast, pastries and fruit so you’ll need something heavier later. But great stay.

This is a beautiful small boutique hotel in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. Walking distance to nice restaurants and coffee shops on 5th Avenue and close to beach. Nice terrace and swimming pool. Will definitely recommend and come back.

Beautiful place and very clean. Nice friendly staff that speak excellent English. Secure facility- you can’t even get into the main courtyard of the property without a key. Comfy beds. Great air conditioning. Lovely little outdoor seating areas here and there. Pretty roof top area with a small dipping pool (4 feet deep, above ground- small children would have to be monitored). Very close to the main ave for all your shopping, restaurants and touristy stuff, 10 min walk to beach. Spotty wifi (we were unable to connect so we couldn’t use the TV to get Disney or Netflix etc…). Directly across the street from a nightclub that BANGS until 3am. It is noisy til about 4am with people still hanging around after closing. Bring earplugs!!! Continental breakfast consists of toast, peanut butter, butter, and honey; coffee or tea with milk or sugar. and dry cereal. There is a big fridge in your room, a microwave and a two burner stove for cooking, but very few dishes or cooking supplies. This is NOT a northamerican airB&B -there are zero condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc.). . You would have to buy EVERYTHING you need to cook. I would stay again but not without earplugs.

The hotel was very cute. It had a beautiful courtyard full of lush plants, and a nice rooftop patio. Very convenient location. Close to 5th Ave. Steps from the grocery store, restaurants, night clubs and the beach. The owner and staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Best stay in Playa

Employees were amazing, especially Pamela. Location was perfect. Hotel was super cute with lots of amenities. It was hard to sleep at night due to the noisy clubs and breakfast was mediocre, but it was a good value and I will be going back.
