"Super clean property. Gated parking. Staff was incredible!! Breakfast was perfect. Walking distance to the beaches. It's a bit far from Quinta, but a good walk if you're up for it. We definitely will be back. Super comfortable room; rooftop pool; everything was excellent."

"Oppholdet var skuffende. Leiligheten var ikke som beskrevet, rengjøringen var mangelfull ved ankomst, skapene var skitne og fulle av maur, det var en kakerlakk, og det manglet vann. Kommunikasjonen og servicen var dårlig, og depositumet ble håndtert på en urimelig måte. Jeg kan dessverre ikke anbefale dette stedet."

"Pop Diez was hands down a 10/10. Such an amazing experience staying here. Beautiful property, excellent rooms, fantastic roof top pool and gathering area. Can’t say enough about the staff. Friendly, helpful, very engaging. They made the trip so much more enjoyable. You will not go wrong staying here. You will not be disappointed."

"Clean room Friendly staff "

"Muy bueno el lugar"

"The staff was the only thing good"

"Lugar aceptable precio-calidad La atención excelente"

"My stay was good overall, and I loved the beachfront location and the spacious, clean room with a kitchen. Unfortunately, there was a lot of seaweed on the beach in Playa del Carmen during July, so I shortened my stay and moved to Cancún, where the seaweed conditions were better; the boutique hotel itself was nice, and the staff was okay."
