"The rooms are very clean. The staff on site are constantly cleaning the resort day and night. Very good breakfast. They have a nice buffet or you can have freshly made eggs cooked for you or an omelette and they always have some fresh fruit, mimosas and a bloody Mary Bar. We did go to the spa and get a nice massage. It was great."

The only hiccup was the ocean. There was a lot of seaweed. But there was nothing that the staff could do about it."

"This place is a dream for anyone looking to get out of the hustle and bustle of Playa or Cancun. It is an ideal distance from both cities and nestled just outside of Puerto Morelos, which is a hidden gem for people that love good food and a chill vibe. I strongly recommend Sota Human Space. The accommodations are the best I've ever stayed at."

"It was a nice appearance when I arrived. The room was great but the beds were very hard. I had brought my daughter to the kid water park on site which was a great idea but wasn’t well maintained at all. The steps were rusted and the rubber was coming off of the play structure exposing the kids to metal and the pool surface tiles were falling off. I got food poisoning from the seafood restaurant and had to miss my massage appointment. The next day I wanted a salad so I went to the buffet and...

"Everything was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aeria Hotel from the early check-in, elevator, clean, beautiful, spacious, air conditioned room with WiFi and terrace to the amazing views and wonderful staff like Samuel at reception. We also appreciated having The Portside restaurant by the rooftop pool and enjoyed a delicious meal there. The bartender and server were very friendly enhancing our experience. Thank you so much!"

"So I love the fact there were bottle waters in the bathroom (for brushing my teeth). Stephany in the RoMarley restaurant was a SWEET heart Diego made my birthday BEYOND special. The breakfast is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Ask for Ceasar he was also a great waiter. Everyone was very attentive!"

"Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. "

"I had my booking done long time back ! When I reached to security gates of Hilton Cancun . They told me they can’t find my booking ! Wow amazing ! I was flying from North Carolina USA to Cancun to hear that they can’t find my booking which was there as they realised it later with a silly excuse of system not working ! Okay never mind . I meet David front office supervisor as he promise that he will compensate with somthing like spa for my spouse! Guess what he never show up ! So going to Hilton...
