The only recommendations I would have are more entertainment and a shuttle to Playa. We really missed not going to 5th avenue."

The resort itself is beautiful and very well maintained, and the standard rooms were spacious with jetted tubs and private balconies that made relaxing easy. Dining was a major highlight. Every restaurant offered great variety and quality, and our entire group was always satisfied. The breakfast buffet in particular had one of the best...

"Angelina 28 was everything we expected. This is a fourteen unit, apartment building offering quiet privacy by the beach. Easy access is through a 24 hour guarded gate by the main 307 highway, for which you will likely need a rental car. Stock up with groceries at the supermercado in Puerto Morelos on your way. Manuel and Abby were our communitive, congenial hosts and promptly settled us in. They were friendly and helpful during our whole visit and we couldn't have asked for nicer hosts....
