"Great location within easy walking distance of nearly all areas of interest or transportation. Grounds and rooms clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. The only issue was that of the washer/dryer. Not available in the rooms, and only 2 washers and dryers available on the whole property. There was nearly always a line to use them. Inconvenient. "

"Staying here was like a great home to return to after enjoying days in awe of the outdoors. The staff was so helpful with suggestions for restaurants, shuttle service (the Fairview shuttle service leaves right from the hotel and the public bus to Lake Louise is across the street, best deal at $2 each way). The restaurants were excellent, so appreciated the available of laundry facilities and there was even free put put golf and bike rentals from the hotel. This is a top service hotel."
