"Room was a great size and modernly decorated. Bathroom was definitely updated and nice hot showers. Fantastic location downtown within walking distance to shops, restaurants and trails. Parking included was a terrific bonus (some covered). Breakfast included was also delicious. Their in-house hot cereal was very flavorful and choices of hot versus cold was lovely. Truly enjoyed our stay."

"This resort is awesome. Our room was spacious. We have made this resort our go to stop over place. It was a short drive to Banff where we visited Bow Falls. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. We had a service dog with us and were in a ground floor room close to green space. The outdoor views are spectacular. We did not eat at the resort as our unit had a convenient fridge and microwave."

"Great boutique hotel in the heart of Banff. If you want the convenience of shopping and restaurants right outside your door then this is the place. We had a King room, French doors to the bathroom, huge jetted tub with separate privacy door to the shower and toilet, no balcony in our room but big windows and tons of space in the room. We would definitely stay there again. If you want a quiet little mountain retreat, this is not for you. If you want to be in the center of downtown Banff, you will...

"We have stayed at the Hidden Ridge many times and have always enjoyed our stay.
This visit was a little disappointing with the fact the jets weren’t working properly in the hot tub and the firewood was a little damp and hard to keep a fire burning."

"The ONLY negative thing I had to say was that I hated having to leave the building, just to go to the lobby LOL. Overall, it was a lovely place, staff were helpful and chill. We appreciated how hot the showers got too and how cozy the rooms were. Also being fairly close to the national parks was a plus."

"This is a very unique property. The fireplaces in the room make it very cozy. We stayed in a king suite which was very nice. We were there for a wedding and the bridal party rented the O’Conner house (the Villa) which was absolutely stunning! The property itself is very beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and well kept. The only thing is it’s a bit far from town. Walking to town isn’t really an option in the colder months. We had...
