"Only stayed for one night and it was ok. Breakfast didn’t open till 8, which was a little late if you wanted to be at the hill early. No place to buy water on the grounds, only vending machines that were completely out of water. Other than that it was pretty good for the price."

"Small rooms, way overpriced for the experience. Little value to stay there beyond the location and would book an air bnb next time before committing to additional nights at your property. Disappointing room features and felt like a basic holiday inn once you were in the room. I guess I liked my pillow. Good luck in the future but I’m not rushing back and there’s nothing unique to even tell people about during the stay."

"What a special place to stay in the winter. The access to ski at Lake Louise was fantastic, cross country skiing across the lake was a great experience, and the new Basin Spa is not to be missed!"
