"Loved the property- only issue we had was dinner Sunday night- the host seated us in the bar area and no one ever came to wait on us, didn’t acknowledge we were there or say they would be right with us- we waited 15 minutes and then got up and left"

"Decent place but shower head was totally plugged not working. They changed it the next day but that should be maintained and not have the guests as the maintenance prompters. Pretty high priced all things considered. Overall 3 out of 5."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The lodges are in a relatively good location, and you can reach downtown Banff very quickly from the bus stop right next door. We were also provided with a free 3-day bus pass. Another positive feature is the hot tub, which is even open until 11 p.m. Unfortunately, the room itself was relatively dark and, despite the lighting, not very inviting. The furnishings are a bit dated."

"Amazing location. Staff were really lovely on front desk and at the restaurant. Loved having the personalised teas (of exceptional quality). The free bus pass was so helpful and made visiting certain sites easier. The car park options were plentiful."

"The check in is at 4PM and check out at 11AM . A staff member called me at 11:02AM treating to charge $50 per hour if I don’t leave in the next 10 minutes . Also the balcony has no view for the city , mountains or anything ."

"Very cute cabins, a little run down as they are older. Exorbitant price but that’s to be expected for a long weekend in the mountains. It’s just a pity that regular blue-collar Canadians can’t really afford to stay in their own beautiful backyard for more than 2 nights without breaking the bank."
