Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing due to the poor level of service and the unprofessional attitude displayed by many staff members. Whenever assistance was requested, employees either shrugged their shoulders or simply ignored our concerns altogether.

One of the biggest disappointments was the swimming pool policy. Guests are required to wear a swim cap to use the pool, and none were provided. I found this rule unnecessary and inconvenient, especially since it wasn't made clear beforehand.
