"Rooms are clean and big. Breakfast was good with many choices but need improvement in re-filling and cleaning tables. "

But during check-in I was informed that the whole hotel is non-smoking. Would be good if I was informed of this prior so I can manage expectations. "

"doesn't match the 5-star hotel status. Only 2 lines for check in, where 1 line is for priority members, and both lines wait for their turn for approximately 10-15mins each guests. I do not know why check in takes this long. When it is my turn, it is the same, where the staff just stares into the computer for 10 mins. Furthermore, any requests that were made before my arrival was not noted although the staff has remarked that she will put a note on my booking. None of the staff found any notes for my booking. Room is also dusty, and the toiletries tray is full of dust. I will not stay here again."

"Normally, DoubleTree will provide hot cookies but not this time and I'm surprise because I'm regular to this hotel. "
