"We loved our oceanfront king balcony suite! The view was amazing! It was a very clean, spacious room. The bed was not as comfy as we had hoped, and there wasn’t a hot tub. But the staff was wonderful, the location was perfect, there was a Starbucks next door, we could walk to shops and restaurants, and the pool was on the 5th floor overlooking the ocean. We loved it❤️"

"Due to flight delays, we arrived at 5:00 am on 05/13. We notified the hotel twice in advance of when we were arriving. 05/12 was paid for so we could get in our room upon arrival. We ran the door bell several times and waited for 5+ minutes outside only to gain access because others were leaving.
