Extremly inadequate! When we arrived there was no front desk to greet us for 5 minutes. The room didn't have enough washcloths & no face towels. The glass door nor the glass balcony was cleaned. Housekeeping came to clean our room after 5pm when we had returned... we asked for water & sent her away because we were tired. In addition to the bathroom wall needing to be cleaned. A towel covered the dirt spot. We didnt get any sleep every night because there was a loud buzzing noise that sounded like the elevator was broken all day & night. Our lamp had light bulbs that didn't work. They had someone give us new bulbs. I asked to be moved around 5am, the gentleman said he could move us however, when we came after the kids were up to be moved 2 hours later we were told no they were at 98% & the guy was new, so he didn't know he couldn't change us... very upsetting. The hot tub only worked our 1st & last day there, it was luke warm, yellow & had sand in there. It along with the pool needed to be shocked, some muratic acid & ph checked. Nobody did that. The pool & area wasn't cleaned nor cared for. There were no pool attendants. Drinks were still on tables from the day before. We had to wait for clean pool towels everyday. My daughter cut her foot on something in the pool area.. yes her foot was bleeding. Also dogs being at & in the pool, gross. The restaurant menu & food is now terrible, over cooked, lacked much luster & many items removed from the menu. Not a good stay.
