À notre arrivée en fin d’après midi, nous ouvrons le canapé lit et découvrons que les draps et serviettes sales des précédents occupants y sont en boule à l’intérieur. Un oubli cela arrive le canapé étant replié. Nous le signalons à l’hôtesse d’accueil qui de manière très désagréable nous a fait comprendre qu’il n’y avait plus de personnel de chambre et qu’elle ne pouvait rien pour nous. Son ton...

"On the internet it said we had a complimentary breakfast. We were led to something called a “bistro” that we had to pay for. It wasn’t cheap either. The towels in our room were not clean. Something dark brown on the towels in the bathroom. Grossed out…stains in the tub. Yuck."

"It’s deceiving when you see this place. My first impression wasn’t the best. Reception was not very warm or smiling. But the amenities are perfect for people like us taking a cruise. Free shuttle from the airport, free shuttle to the cruise port. Restaurant/bar was great. Room was sparse but clean. Didn’t use the pool, but it was nice. You can even park your car there (for a price) while you cruise! They really know their business and there clientele! Would definitely stay again!"
