"Our room with our private pool was amazing, spacious and clean. The bed was not as comfortable as I expected and I would have liked the lighting in the bathroom to be brighter. The spa was an amazing space but there were dead bugs everywhere, maybe a little maintenance before aging the amazing rooms might be a good idea. But overall a good vacation."

"Beautiful hotel, clean. Pool access rooms are fantastic. The choice of restaurants and the food, even at the buffet was excellent. Staff are very nice, helpful and professional. It is a massive hotel, and be prepared to walk if you are at either end of the hotel or wait for the transport. The beach unfortunately wasn’t great because of the seaweed, especially in the water. Very cloudy and smelly. The seaweed on the beach was not cleaned every day."

"Fourth Visit, Last Visit. Absolutely Disappointed in Valentin Imperial!
We've stayed at Valentin Imperial four times, and after this experience, I can confidently say we will NEVER be back.
We spent five nights in one of their Dunas Suites, paying extra for what was supposed to be an upgraded luxury experience. What we got was five days of plumbing issues, a room where nothing seemed to work properly, and a management team that apparently has no interest in taking care of its guests.
