"One of the best locations on the Gold Coast. The managers were excellent to deal with and made our stay most enjoyable. The views from our apartment were magnificent and the property had fantastic amenities. We would highly recommend The Waterford to anyone wanting a self contained apartment centrally located on the Gold Coast. We will be back."

"I'm sure the other reviews have to be from fake bookings to Expedia via management to get such a high rating. I travel 6 months a year rely on reviews and this place is no where even a 6 rating our of 10. Staff couldn't speak english or help on check in. Room wasn't ready at 3pm, tried to show me another room which wasn't what I booked.
