"This hotel is located perfectly right in the heart of Broadbeach. The moment you walk out the door , you have eateries, restaurants, bars , clubs even a supermarket & chemist ALL within 200m !! The rooms are exceptionally clean, very friendly & helpful staff. A definite must stay if you're traveling on the Gold Coast. Will definitely visit again some day."

"The room was fab with a great view and the amenities that I needed . I was aware that the indoor pool was out of action but not to the extent that the works were . When I arrived I got to an area fenced for works , so had no idea how to get into the hotel . Luckily a kind resident helped me . Also the outdoor pool was out of action for 2 days which wasn’t brilliant . I understand works happen but a better brief g would have been nice , I would have perhaps booked somewhere else . "Overall had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the property itself was great with the pool, bar, and restaurant inside. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was included. The room itself was spacious and clean, especially the bathroom. "Room is spacious but the room we were in feels dated. There is a horrible smell in the carpark when we were there - it smells like sewage or uncollected rubbish. The amenities and the room are okay for the price that we paid. It’s close to the touristy parts but would be a distance to reach on foot. It’s a comfortable short distance by car but not on foot."

"Lovely welcome, easy check in. Hotel right on the beach and close to many restaurants, supermarket, Pacific Fair, and Surf Club. Safe and secure parking. A lot of road noise during the night but this isn’t hotels fault. Seemed to be something living in the space between floors!! "
