"Booked 4 months in advance and it was disappointing as the city view room was on the 7th floor and it was facing the pool. Was not even able to open up the curtains at all. Amenities are just sub-standard. Pool was shared with the other Star accommodation guests. "

We were celebrating my husband's 60th Birthday and had booked a beautiful Stellar Suite for 2 nights. "Check in desk was a bit hard to find but room was lovely."

"The room was great, overlooking the pool, and very sunny. The deck was very large. The room itself did show signs of wear and tear though. The hot water tap was broken and it took about 4 days to get a plumber in to fix it. Otherwise very happy with the place"

"Staff were amazing, let me check in an hour early and check out an hour later. Modern and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was yummy. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Only thing I noticed was a little mould on the roof above shower, which will be a health hazard."

"Price vs location was great, tram directly across road, surfers paradise and the like was only 2 or 3 stops away, pool area great, stayed in a corner room was big and came with pullout bed which was ideal. Overall would definitely recommend "
