Not having a front desk was no issue at all - staff were super responsive via chat/message and everything was explained very clearly. They do ask people to leave luggage/unload at the front of property and then drive through to the back to park, but there is a door connecting the car park to inside the main building, so not sure why they do that. You need to bring your own beach towels and pool towels. Pool is lovely. Right next to a park where you can hire lime bikes. No bath in apartment which was fine for us. Modern fit out. Easy entry car park. There is so much construction on the Gold Coast that if you want a mid week quiet getaway with the windows open, you might struggle but...
