"The One bedroom deluxe room advertised indicated a computer desk was provided as an amenity. This is apparently not standard - and the listing on Expedia needs to be updated. Other than that - the property well appointed and was really clean where it counted - bedroom, cupboards, kitchen, laundry and bathroom. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen and super clean fridge. "This hotel is located perfectly right in the heart of Broadbeach. The moment you walk out the door , you have eateries, restaurants, bars , clubs even a supermarket & chemist ALL within 200m !! The rooms are exceptionally clean, very friendly & helpful staff. A definite must stay if you're traveling on the Gold Coast. Will definitely visit again some day."

They do ask people to leave luggage/unload at the front of property and then drive through to the back to park, but there is a door connecting the car park to inside the main building, so not sure why they do that. "I was lucky to have a very high floor so views were amazing! The bed and pillows are five star. The only glitch was retrieving keys/cards from corner shop...its awfully unorganised and just a mess to search through. I figured it out, but im sure there are many who struggle. Im surprised there isn't another organised, designated area to collect them..like Circle on Cavill Hotels do."

"Great rooms for a great price. Central to everything. Lifts take a very long time and are quite run down as is the rest of the lobby - however the rooms are nice. Being central to everything is great, however it also means it's quite noisy and loud. Wouldn't recommend for a family but okay for a couple or friends attending something nearby."
