"The lady I dealt with at reception was so kind and helpful. The room itself was spacious, clean and modern. Perfect location and in walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Would stay here again. The outside of the property was a bit unassuming however it’s not really a big deal."

"Old and very tired, in need of refurbishment. Three main things define a quality room - Plumbing, Pillows and Aircon, FAIL on all 3. You can hear other people's plumbing running. The pillows are thin cheap ones probably bought from Coles and the aircon was ineffective. Had to set it to 17C and flat out to even get the room down to a temperature where I wasn't sweating. Hardly slept and won't ever stay here again!"

"The room was old and because of the choice of tiles looked dirty.
The dust on the door to the ensuite was absolutely foul.
The view was lovely. It was close to what we needed.
The information provided from staff in the welcome email was excellent."

"On arrival, our family suite was clean and well presented. It had all the necessities such as full kitchen, washer, dryer and outdoor amenities. Woolworths and pharmacy is a short 5min walk down the road which made things super convenient.
The staff are very friendly and notified us when our room was ready for check in. Would definitely recommend and book here again next time we are in the Gold coast."

"The motel is very rundown and over priced. The windows rattled all night. The Stairs up to our room look like they are ready to collapse. The room smelt like spices. The pictures on the website are very creative photography. Plaster wall patches behind every bed and the carpet is very old and dirty. We felt like leaving straight away. We are so disappointed with the accommodation as a family of five
( 2 adults and 3 children). I took pictures of everything."
