What wasn’t mentioned in the listing was that there is a construction site immediately infront of the apartment block. Construction is currently near ground level so wasn’t a major issue. "The Darling is a beautiful and luxurious hotel. We had a wonderful experience here that began with the lovely lady at check in who was so nice, polite. friendly and extremely helpful. We were celebrating my husband's 60th Birthday and had booked a beautiful Stellar Suite for 2 nights. "Check in desk was a bit hard to find but room was lovely."

"Staff were amazing, let me check in an hour early and check out an hour later. Modern and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was yummy. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Only thing I noticed was a little mould on the roof above shower, which will be a health hazard."
