"If you are going to Newcastle, just book this place. Its 5 min walk from the station and so central for the nightlife. Great pub underneath and food options everywhere.
The apartment was clean and well laid out, the communication from Gary was spot on. Dont think, just book it."

"I cant say enough good things about the Maldron experience. I arrived with no luggage and the staff went out of their way to help me get settled and feeling at home. They guided me to all the shops I needed to find to get clothes and adapters and provided a welcoming greeting every time I returned from my adventures. "room was clean and tidy, bed was surprisingly so comfortable and soft. the room itself was fantastic for our stay, might be a little small for longer stays but for the night you cannot complain at all. the staff were so lovely and talkative too.
the only fault i had with the room was with the aircon and general ventilation of the room. the air conditioning didn’t cool the room at all despite being on all night and the only other way of cooling the room was with the window which didn’t open that...

"Stayed in a studio apartment. This property is unbelievably well located for central Newcastle - five minutes to Bigg Market and ten to St James Park. Two very large 24 hour car parks are five minutes walk away.
All communication was great, check in was super easy and the apartment was exactly as expected. Will definitely use again if I'm back in Newcastle"

"The whole process of being able to stay there was awful.
I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent.
I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked.
Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common.
At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open."
