"The studio was very clean and it has everything you need, it is a quiet area with pleanty of parking 10 mim drive from the city centre. We visited for the rugby 20 min walk ftom Newcastle Redbulls. Lovely pub called the Windsor 15 min walk away. "

"Location, 10 minutes from the airport was excellent. Although very close to the A1, the hotel is situated within green and leafy gardens. Our room, third floor looking over the car park, had countryside views and we could hear very little road noise even with the window open. "We only stayed for one night. The contact to the Premier Inn before our arrival was very good. When we arrived the receptionist was welcoming and very friendly!!! Just a different receptionist on the following morning wasn't really friendly. Otherwise we had a good experience with this hotel."

"Parking was good, reception staff very helpful, room & bathroom clean & bed comfortable. There were a couple of areas with room for improvement. The curtains had come off the rail near the closure on one side so it let the early morning light in. A small bottle of water in the room, particularly in the heat would have been appreciated. All in all a good stay."

"Unfortunately there was a lot of dust in the property, the door to bathroom was so dusty you could write on it also the shelf next to the safe was also covered in dust. The handle to the living room/ kitchen was missing. There was no air conditioning but there were a couple of floor fans and portable radiators if required. Beds were clean and comfortable. As it was very hot the few days we were there we were surprised that the radiators in the hallways were on making it. Close to the train...
