"Overall, a fantastic hotel. Staff were very polite and courteous. Stayed in an Executive Suite and was certainly wowed by the room, very clean and modern! I have two very very small gripes - The room service portions (although delicious) were a little small! I went for the burger and could have quite happily ate another. "Would usually book a hotel as moving child to Newcastle Uni but due to home match and lots of other parents moving their kids in, hotels were thin on the ground! Picked the apartments and was pleasantly surprised. Ticked all the boxes and great to have a small kitchen. Had everything we needed. Only criticism would be a lack of bedside table/shelf and the sofa wasn’t the comfiest but it was all clean and functional. Will def recommend. "
