After paying received 6 emails stating there was no bar, kitchen, restaurant, and breakfast would be served in the foyer and eaten elsewhere. Room 334. Ancient bed divan even older mattress, dirty floor with hair, fluff and cotton buds. Loo seat wrong size and shape. We complained after two almost sleepless nights a received a twin bed room. Better bed better sleep. Parking was £14 per 24 hours.

Unfortunately was put into a disabled room which felt very barn like and space. The bed was very hard but with a dip in the middle, so fairly uncomfortable. The hotel was dated ( but under improvement). The staff were very pleasant.

Fabulous stay again
Early check in at 2pm, taxi booked by reception to our venue for 3pm, nothing was too much trouble x our 3rd stay here and won't be our last.
