Hotel is central to everything (shops, restaurants, theatre, bars etc) but hidden in a quiet street behind the theatre royal. The standard of rooms is excellent (lovely touches in each room makes you feel relaxed and cared for), we were also surprised at how quiet the rooms were. The breakfast was superb, with a wide range of quality food available. The staff are always well presented, friendly and approachable, helpful and knowledgable of both the hotel and the surrounding areas and events. Highly recommend- we will be back !

Perfect night stay and love the homage of the old fire station throughout, Staff were excellent and the service provided was second to none, (slight issue with a hole in the bath towel) which was overlooked but a very minor fault ) will definitely stay here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Drove in to the arch Was met bye Josh at the door , amazing lad took my car also our bags checked us in our luggage was took to rooms as we had to go straight away and walk up to the stadium to watch Newcastle ! Hotel is amazing would recommend it to everyone and it’s definitely 5 stars

It was a nice hotel with good breakfast and attentive staff. We chose the hotel because it offered a twin room. This is what we specifically booked. I confirmed that again at reception however they still gave us a double room. They converted the bed to two singles for us but they must’ve been the narrowest beds I have ever seen. Apart from that it was a nice stay and the location is excellent.
