"Beautiful hotel with balconies looking straight at an amazing beach and beautiful water. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Katherin greeted us on our arrival with a beautiful drink and friendly smile. The pool and view from the sky Bar on the roof was also amazing. Adults only was a plus too! There is another pool and bar on the ground level. You can never have too many bars. "

"We had such an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Our bell attendant, Ramon, was incredibly sweet and always available if we had any questions. At the front desk, Gia and Ricardo were wonderful — they explained everything clearly and with such care and kindness. The restaurant staff were just as impressive. Sonia was especially sweet and went above and beyond by remembering me, my family, and even our names — that personal touch meant so much to us. Cindy was also so kind and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was warm and attentive. The rooms were very clean, and the food was consistently an 8/10 throughout our stay. Overall, I truly loved all the staff and appreciated the exceptional hospitality. We can’t wait to come back!"
