"Very friendly staff. Hotel is in the heart of downtown Nelson. Parking is limited and guests should know they have to take stairs to their rooms. There is a community fridge and coffee available in a common room. It's a pleasant hotel and I intend to stay there on my next visit."

"Small, convenient, comfortable hotel. Lovely front desk staff and a great location. The only downside is the window A/C which clicks on and off all night to maintain certain temp. And there is a VERY loud train that goes by under the window. But overall we slept well and would def go back. "
