"No breakfast included but the night we stayed the fire alarms went off due to tech issues, not once but 3x. That was a real treat. lol So in the am the hotel staff had left a nice note under our door apologizing and sharing that they had complimentary coffee and pastries in the lobby for us and they waived our parking fee. "The location of The Grand was excellent. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The lifts were problematic at times (stairs should be an option) but a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend."

"Room was very clean and really very pretty. I can't remember when I've staying in such a nice room recently. Comfortable, spacious, and had everything I could need. Bed was comfortable, pretty sunset views across the water from the balcony. I was also lucky that my room was available early for an early check in, there's only one direct flight from my city to Kelowna and it gets you in rather early but at least this time the staff were able to help me out which I really appreciate. "I arrived early and the front desk host checked me in and gave me a room upgrade.
Room was excellent! Also super nice having Moxies and Shark Club attached to the hotel. Would stay here again."
